Home inspections have become a vital part of the purchase transaction, and the purchase agreement can hinge on a realistic and accurate evaluation of the house structure.  Home inspectors require only a Community College course to go into business.. but my home inspection team includes a home inspector with over 25 years experience building custom homes, and a former city building inspector with over 27 years experience!  (Who better to inspect your home than a builder and an city inspector?)
